Meet the Faculty

President, Academic Dean & Professor
Dr. Debra W. Bell
In August of 2005, Dr. Bell pioneered the Rhema School of Ministry Bible College with an enrollment of 27 students the first semester. Virtually, Rhema School of Ministry began the Fall Semester in 2021.
In 1995, Dr. Bell received a Bachelor of Theology Degree and in 1998 a Master of Theology Degree from The Christian Life School of Theology. In June 2008, she received a Doctor of Theology from Central Christian University & Rhema School of Ministry.
Dr. Bell is an active member of the National Christian Counselors Association, a Certified Temperament Counselor, and Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor.
Dr. Bell is the co-founder and Pastor of Victory Deliverance Evangelistic Church serving beside the founder and visionary Bishop Bob N. Bell Sr. They have been married for over half a century, have four adult children and eight grandchildren.
Dr. Bell enjoys a balanced life traveling internationally, working out in the gym, playing pickle ball, and watching movies. Her motto is "I will do all I can, while I can. I will live my life with 'No Regrets' yet I am not trying to be all things, to all people at all times." Her goal as a teacher is to "Equip the people of God for every aspect of life".

Professor
Dr. Sandra Scott
Dr. Sandra Scott has been a professor at the Rhema School of Ministry since 2023. As a Native of Macon GA, she stayed local after her high school graduation and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mercer University in 1981. In 1985 she earned an associate degree in nursing from Macon College. She later furthered her studies following her theology passion by attending Christian Life School of Theology Global earning a Bachelor of Biblical Studies degree in 2017, followed by a Doctor of Sacred Services in 2019.
Dr. Scott served as Director of the Baptist Training Union. Over the years, she has developed biblical training resource manuals for churches: comprehensive membership, single and satisfied, youth development, and biblical steward. She is currently an associate minister at International Pathway Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Francis B Hicks. Her life reflects a steadfast dedication to her faith, education and service, marked with a passion for teaching. She is a proud mother and grandmother to her daughter and grandson.

Academic Advisor & Professor
Cynthia Brady
Cynthia Wright Brady has been serving as an instructor at the Rhema School of Ministry since 2022. With a genuine passion for teaching, she is dedicated to helping students understand and apply the word of God in practical, everyday life. Her heart is to equip and encourage students to confidently use Scripture as a foundation for growth, faith and ministry. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Christian Counseling and a Bachelors in Christian Education from Central Christian University.
Cynthia is the Assistant Pastor of Faith Tabernacle Covenant Ministries where Timothy J. Wright is the Sr. Pastor. She is married with children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cynthia enjoys spending time with family, studying and teaching the word of God, gardening, and watching sports; especially basketball.
